Financial DiscussionsThe finalized LOI is the foundation for creating the proforma and initiating discussions with creditors. While financial negotiations are underway, the LOI is transitioned into a formal lease agreement. This lease agreement undergoes a thorough review and necessary revisions, culminating in the final version. Financing is then secured within a 60 to 90-day timeframe.
